Track 2008: Teams battle weather; JH adds a meet on Thursday

Gallatin’s track season, both varsity and junior high, continues to fluctuate with the weather. Last week’s Daviess County Junior High Relays was a washout, but the Junior High Bulldogs have added a meet to their 2008 schedule.

The junior high track teams will travel to Orrick tomorrow (Thursday) for a meet beginning at 4 p.m.

The GHS varsity was rained out last Thursday at the Stanberry Invitational. The Bulldogs traveled to Worth County yesterday for the Tiger Relays, and will head to St. Joseph Christian, the site of this year’s district, on Thursday.
