For the past 17 years the Pattonsburg R-II School District has been involved in the Drug-Free School and Community Act in an ongoing effort to reduce alcohol and drug use in the community.
Activities and prizes will be provided for the juniors and seniors after the Junior-Senior Prom. This is a type of lock-in to assure the safety of the students with supervision for a full night of fun.
This year the Junior-Senior Prom is being held in the gym at the Pattonsburg High School on Saturday, April 26. Valet parking begins at 6 p.m.
The public is invited to the Promenade, which will be held from 6:30-7 p.m. During that time, the Jr/Sr Prom attendees and their dates will be introduced, parent(s) or guardian(s) may take pictures, and the gym will be open to view prom decorations. Dinner and photos will be between 7-7:30 p.m.
