Menus April 21-25
Monday: Swiss steak, cabbage, carrots, hot bread, fruit; Tuesday: smothered chicken, potatoes/buttered, bean salad, hot bread, ice cream; Wednesday: pork steak, corn, spinach, cinnamon rolls; Thursday: chicken salad, pickled beets, potato salad, green peas, fruit crisp; Friday: roast beef, gravy, baked potato, California blend, juice, cook’s choice dessert.
