Monday: soup-chili, cheese, vegetable tray, juice, cinnamon rolls; Tuesday salmon, macaroni/tomatoes, corn, fruit; Wednesday: pork steak, gravy, potatoes, green beans, fruit gelatin; Thursday: meatloaf, hominy, California blend, hot bread, pudding; Friday: chicken, potatoes, gravy, carrots and peas, fruit crisp.
