Morgan’s poster was then entered in the district competition which she also won.
Morgan’s poster was then entered into the state contest.
Morgan is the daughter of Tim and Tracey Jeffers of Gallatin.
“Peace Around the World” was the theme for the International Lions contest this year. Students, ages 11 to 14, were invited to participate.
They joined thousands of students throughout the world who expressed their hope for world peace through their art.
“Peace Begins With Me” is the theme of the 2008-09 Peace Poster Contest. On November 15, students are eligible to participate.
Through the contest, students are encouraged to visually depict their interpretation of the contest’s theme.
