This year, the local needs for blood are expected to rise. Individuals in Jamesport can help meet the local needs by donating blood at the Community Blood Center blood drive on Tuesday, March 18 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Jamesport at the Jamesport School Old Gym, 904 W. Auberry Grove.

Just one donation can help as many as two local hospital patients. Please bring photo identification such as your driver’s license. Cholesterol test will be performed on all units of blood collected. Please eat well and drink plenty of fluids prior to your donation.
