Gallatin R-5 Superintendent James Ruse was award the Administrator of the Year award by the Missouri Music Educators during their 70th annual conference held at Tan-Tar-A resort Jan. 23-26.

Mr. Ruse was honored with a banquet prior to the presentation. The award is given for overall support of music education. Mr. Ruse was selected after being nominated by Gallatin instrumental music instructor Gene Edwards. Shelia Ruse, Lois Edwards and Gene Edwards also attended.
