Funeral services for Dorothy Pugh were held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday), Jan. 2, 2008, at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. Interment was at Coffey Cemetery, Coffey. Dorothy Pugh, formerly of Coffey, died Dec. 29, 2007 at a Lenexa, KS care center.
Mrs. Pugh was born August 22, 1927, in Harrison County, IA, the daughter of John and Ann (Cohrs) Netsch.
On August 28, 1948, she married William Thomas Pugh, Jr. He preceded her in death on November 23, 1988.
Mrs. Pugh was employed by the payroll department of Panhandle Eastern Pipeline and was a member of the Community Covenant Church.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Harold Netsch and two sisters, Mable Douglas and Mildred Salomonson.
Survivors include nieces and nephews, step-son Thomas Pugh, Mission, KS; step-daughter Barbara Robb, state of FL, and extended family and friends.
