Gallatin swept a double header with Winston Tuesday night at WHS, taking the girls game, 73-25, and winning the boys nightcap, 54-36.
The Lady Bulldogs, 3-1, combined for eight three-pointers in the contest, led by Courtney Ray’s five long-range shots. She finished with a game-high 21 points for Gallatin. Ashley Owens had a pair of treys and Casey Sweatman added one. Wren Tolen finished with 10 points for the Lady Bulldogs.
Winston, 1-4, was led by Mallery Heldenbrand’s 10 points.
Ben Adams canned a career-high 28 points to lead the Bulldog boys to a victory. Kayle Hefley added 15 points for Gallatin, now 2-2 on the season.
Ryan Curtis paced Winston with 11 points.
Gallatin teams are idle Friday and will host Gilman City next Tuesday at GHS.
