Gallatin fifth graders celebrated Children’s Book Week by attending the 18th annual Reading Sleep over on Friday, Nov. 16.

Students enjoyed several silent reading periods, aerobics, basketball, and charades using book titles. They also listened to poetry read by Marilyn Hemry and musical story telling by Phillip Arnold. Overnight parent volunteers were Vera Nelson, Tracy Kirkendoll, Janece Gibson, Lesli Lin, Michelle Allen and Teri Boyd.
