Justin Goetz and Rachel Harmison will be wed at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, at Powell Gardens in Kingsville, Mo.

Justin is the son of Shirley Gardner of Bolivar and Paul Goetz of Wisconsin. Rachel is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Harmison of Jameson. Justin graduated from Bolivar High School in 2001 and from Linn Tech at Jefferson City in 2003. He works as a power lineman for Aquila of Blue Springs. Rachel graduated from Gilman City High School in 1997 and from Central Missouri State University at Warrensburg in 2004. She is employed at Med Trak in Overland Park, Kan. A reception will be held at Powell Gardens after the wedding ceremony. They will reside in Independence.
