The Eastern group, whose 62 members primarily serve as institutional ambassadors at functions sponsored by the University’s Offices of Admissions, Alumni Relations and the President, was named Outstanding Student Ambassador Organization at the Aug. 9-11 ASAP/Council for the Advancement and Support of Education conference in Columbus, Ohio.
Katie is the daughter of Steve and Alice Patton, Gallatin.
