Funeral Services for John E. Clark will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, at the Lake Viking Church, Gallatin.

Burial will be in the Lake Viking Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until 4:30 p.m., Thursday at the Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the church.

John E. Clark, 96, died Sept. 17, 2007 at a Cameron, Mo. Hospital.
He was born June 3, 1911 in Leon, Iowa, the son of John and Mary (Henderson) Clark.
On March 31, 1931 he married Dorothy M. Russell in Bethany. She preceded him in death on Feb. 4, 1998.
Mr. Clark had been a mechanic and welder, and was also a member the Lake Viking Church, Gallatin.
He was also preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include two sons, Bill Clark, Pattonsburg, and Dewayne Clark, Fairfax; three daughters, Goldie Little, and Helen Burns, both of Chillicothe, and Barbara Gibson, Brimson; 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
