Jane Wilson (Lowrey), Okanogan, Wash., was visiting friends and relatives in Missouri when she became ill.

She was taken to Liberty Hospital where she passed away on July 29 with her family by her side.

Jane was born Oct. 7, 1940 to Roscoe and Gayle Lowrey of Bethany, Mo. She was raised by her grandparents Ross and Susie Lowrey of Eagleville, Mo. She also attended school in Eagleville, Mo.

On Dec. 7, 1955, Jane married Leroy Bain and to this union seven children were born, all surviving her. Four daughters, Diane Cain, Seaside, Ore.; Karen Skeels, Denver, Colo.; Billie Hilderbrand, Longview, Wash., Kasondra Remple, Rainier, Ore.; three sons, Terry Bain and Tony Bain, Rainier, Ore.; Tracy Bain, Denver, Colo.

On Dec. 1, 1972, Jane married Michael Wilson in Denver, Colo., and gained a stepson, Tony Anderson of Denver, Colo.

Jane spent her life caring for her family while living in Oregon and Washington. At the time of her death, Jane resided in Okanogan, Wash., with her husband, Mike. Jane and Mike were married 35 years and lived a very fulfilling life, caring for each other, their children, their 21 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Jane is survived by her husband, Mike, Okanagan Wash.; two sisters, Anna Cooper, Hamilton, Mo.; Beverly Brundage, Gallatin, Mo.; sister-in-law Sarah Glammeyer, Delta, Colo.; aunts, Nora Drummond, Bethany, Mo.; Mary Shepard and Shirley Lukehart, Gallatin, Mo.; one uncle, Max Snider, Excelsior Springs, Mo.; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Other survivors are the children’s aunt, Virginia Adcock, Bethany, Mo.; uncles, Bob Bain of Cainsville, Mo., and Charles Bain of Springdale, Ark.

There will be a memorial service held Sept. 2 at Fish Lake, Okanogan County, Wash., Jane’s favorite camping and fishing hole.
