Monday: catfish nuggets, peas, cole slaw, cornbread, fruit with gelatin; Tuesday: chicken, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, ice cream; Wednesday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, pasta salad, juice, pudding; Thursday: ham, sweet potatoes, oriental vegetables, fruit cobbler; Friday: meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit.
