The Trojanettes next lost to eventual champion Kimberly Cardinals, 5-0, despite heading into the sixth inning with a 0-0 tie score. Grant City’s Megan Walker had a no-hitter going for the Trojanettes but was the hard-luck loser despite allowing only two hits and no earned runs.
