Graveside services and burial for Burl Walker will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, at Coffey Cemetery under the direction of the Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg.

Burl Lloyd Walker, 70, died July 15, 2007.
He was born April 30, 1937 in Pattonsburg, the son of Burl and Gladys (Hall) Walker. He was a graduate of Pattonsburg High School. Burl was a farmer and had mowed several cemeteries in the area.
Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his parents; Wife, Elva; Brother, Ray Walker; brother-in-law, Jack Shipers; nephew, Doug Shipers; great-nephew, Alan Shipers; great niece, Iona; step-daughter, Cathy Dean; great-niece, Alisha, and grandson-in-law, Ray.
Survivors include his former wife, Deloris; four daughters, Deb Miller, Denver, Mo., Bev Coulston, Jameson, Diana Snyder, Warrenton, Brenda Muff, Albany; three sons, Wayne Walker, Eldon, Jeff Walker, Shreveport, La., Randy Walker, Gallatin; two sisters, Edith Walker, Gallatin and Ethel Shipers, Topeka, Kan.; eight grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.
