Nicole Ray of Coffey has been awarded endowed scholarships from the Truman State University Foundation for the 2007-2008 academic year. The Endowed and Annual Scholarship Program is funded by contributions of alumni and friends to the Truman State University Foundation.

Ray, a junior English major at Truman, has been awarded the Dean Earl and Edna Ludlow-Education Scholarship in the amount of $700, as well as the Shirley Ann Watson Memorial-English Scholarship in the amount of $750. Ray is the daughter of Ralph and Debbie Ray and attended North Daviess High.

Truman State University, founded in 1867, is Missouri’s only highly selective public liberal arts and sciences university.
