Thursday Leo Rice and Vickie from Ontario, Canada, and Mr. and Mrs. C.R. West, Bethany, visited J. T. and Loretta Newby. Friday Loretta, Valerie and Emryk went to Forsyth to attend Loretta’s 50th year alumni banquet. They also visited relatives while there. They returned home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Teel and grandsons visited the Newby’s Sunday.
Angie Crowder and children Jared and Jenna came Friday visiting Tommie Lowrey, Lavena Lowrey, and the Clyde Hulet family. They returned to their home in Centralia Monday afternoon. Scott Crowder was working with the National Guard program. Michael, Janellda and Brianna Weber also visited Monday.
Kathy Burger, St. Louis, spent Memorial Day weekend with Elanor Best.
The class of 1952 from Pattonsburg High School had a reunion Saturday at the Pattonsburg Methodist Church. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Garrison, Independence, Peggy Moore, Overland Park, Kan., Billy Jim Huff, Hamilton, Donna Hibbs, Norma Crone, Earl and JoAnn Carter. Alice Bell catered a lunch for them.
Charlotte Bridgman, Joplin, spent the weekend with Clyde and Helen Bozarth.
Week-end visitors of Paul and Doris Cameron were Jennie and Mike Kidd and family and Pam Miller.
Shirley Fansher, Kansas City, visited Norma Lea Crabtree this weekend.
Weekend guests of Donna Hibbs were Mr. and Mrs. David Hibbs and family, Mary Lou Brandt and son Jared, Cheryl and Mike Minyard and family from Colorado Springs, Colo.
John and Robin Mason and family, Bentonville, Ark, visited Mildred Huff one day this week-end.
James and Kendra Walker and boys, Leon, Iowa, visited Mildred Walker over the weekend. Sunday Billie Owens, Mildred and Paula Walker went to cemeteries.
Mr and Mrs Danny Mason visited Beverly Mason Monday and took her around to the cemeteries. Friday Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Greer, Dearborn, and Sue Wolf, Arizona, visited Beverly.
Visitors of Woodrow and Maxine Morris this weekend have been Bill and Cheryl Adams, Dorlene Munn, Forrest and Jeanna Morris, Herb Luke. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Smith, Hammond, La. Joe Smith had been a coach at Pattonsburg High School several years ago.
Sunday visitors of Martha Huff were Matt Huff and family, Brian Thompson and family, Rick Huff and Gary Huff. Monday Joyce Lupfer, Albany, stopped by and visited with Martha. She was on her way to the Muddy Cemetery.
Visiting Miles Bruner this week were Maureen Redd, Charles and Sharon Usher, Myrtle Redd, and also his daughter Kay and son Miles Courtland.
Mr. and Mrs. Mike Knefaty, Eugene, Ore., have been visiting family and friends Sunday. They took mother Letha Shipers out for lunch Friday. Letha and Glenetta Taylor visited Sharen Moore in Winston. The Knefaty’s have also visited Sharen.
Beverly Mason attended the graduation program at Winston. Her grandson Matt Mason was one of the graduating seniors.
