Each semester, students at Missouri State University who attain academic excellence are named to the dean’s list.
For undergraduate students, criteria include enrollment in at least 12 credit hours during the fall semester and at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale). Of the 13,592 degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled during the spring 2007 semester, 3,628 earned a spot on the list.
Wade A. Dixon, Jamesport, was among the students listed on the spring semester dean’s list.
NCMC
North Central Missouri College in Trenton has named students with outstanding academic achievement for the 2007 spring semester to the Academic Honors List. Fifty-eight full-time students have been named to the President’s List with a perfect 4.0 grade point average.
Ninety-three full-time students achieved Dean’s List recognition with a grade point average of at least 3.5. To be eligible for the full-time honors list, students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours that contributed toward their GPA for the semester.
Named to the President’s Honor List from the area are: Kyle E. Hefley, Gallatin; David Bennett, Susanna E. Bennett, and Sarah Goodwin-Clark, all of Jamesport; Megan R. Doty McFall.
Students from the area named to the Dean’s Honor List at NCMC include: Jacob N. Cook and Taylor E. Henderson, both of Gallatin; Elizabeth C. Breland and Jessica J. Holt, both of Gilman City; Teresa L. Hamilton, Brittney D. Hixson, Sheila K. Keeling, Katelyn J. Prescott, and Lisa K. Showalter, all of Jamesport.
Part-time students at North Central are also recognized for outstanding academic performance. Students must have completed 18 hours and must have been enrolled in at least three credit hours during the term. The credit hours must have contributed toward the GPA to be considered for the honors list.
Named to the Part-time President’s Honor List from the area with a 4.0 GPA are: Patrick M. Dickinson, Lori Jane Curt Duff, Jessica L. Gannan, and Timothy J. Michener, all of Gallatin; Charlotte J. Cox, Jameson; David Andre Schafer, Jamesport; and Jennifer A. Miller, Pattonsburg.
Area students named to the Part-time Dean’s Honor List with at least a 3.5 GPA include: Matthew A. Hostetler, Gallatin; and Elisa B. Bowman, Pattonsburg.

Missouri Western State University announced the names of the 270 students selected to the President’s Honor Roll for the spring semester 2007. Students who have taken 12 hours or more for graded credit and have earned a grade point average of 4.0 qualify for the honor.
Named on the president’s list are: Samantha Megan Bridgeman, Altamont; Michael Alan Hansen, and Stephanie Lynn Willett, both of Gallatin; Amy Marie Pankau, Kidder; Erin Nicole Ward, Winston.
Missouri Western State University also announced the names of the 455 students selected to the Dean’s Honor Roll for the spring semester 2007. Students who have carried 12 hours or more for graded credit and have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or better qualify for the honor.
Named to the Dean’s Honor roll are: Priscilla Ashley Johnson, Altamont; Darcie Delynn Elder and Marjorie Linda Hess, both of Gallatin; Barbara Sue Martin, Jamesport; Dana Leigh Heldenbrand, Lacy Renee Peery, and Bradley Scott Rees, all of Kidder; James Robert Green, Pattonsburg; Anthony Scott Egbert and Jacqueline Michelle Lee, Winston.
