The Gallatin R-V School District and CTA will honor the district’s teacher-of-the-year and retirees beginning at 10:30 on May 29 in ceremonies held in the high school commons.

Teacher-of-the-Year will be recognized first, immediately followed by the reception for the retiring educators.
The district has two teachers retiring this year. Jerry Batson has served 34 years in education, first as a teacher then as high school counselor. Cheryl Bonderer has been an elementary teacher, at several grade levels, for 22 years.
Friends and family members of Mrs. Bonderer and Mr. Batson are invited to attend.
