Ten individuals have been nominated for positions on the North Central Missouri College Foundation Board of Directors.
Among the number are five nominated for first-time director positions and five nominated for re-election.
Nominated to return to the board for three-year terms are Julia Blackmore Ashbrook of Chillicothe, and four Trenton residents – Bill Ausmus, Gloria Carpenter, Dr. Albert Cross and Peter Trombley. Selected as first time nominees are Karen Cole – the new CEO of Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton; Phillip Hamilton – TJC alum and CEO of Pershing Memorial Hospital at Brookfield; Jason Helton – Manager for Communications and Community Development for Premium Standard Farms at Princeton and Milan; Edward McCarty – TJC alum and instructor at Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City; and Michael Poland – CEO of Farmers State Bank headquartered in Cameron.
The NCMC Foundation Board will now be composed of 24 directors, an expansion recently approved by the board in an attempt to provide better regional representation.
New board members and new officers will be elected at the Annual Meeting of the North Central Missouri College Foundation, Inc. on May 17.
