On Tuesday, April 10, Betty Heyser Huffman held the chapel service, player her violin and served communion.

On Thursday, April 12, Julie Willett, Shelia and Pauline Bridgman provided the devotion and music. They are from the Gallatin First Baptist Church.

Mary Ellen Barker, a resident here for a short time, passed away on Monday. We extend our sympathy and prayers to her family and many friends.

Tuesday, April 17, LaVaughn Thomas played music and showed a Joel Olstead tape.

Friday, April 20, we will be having a volunteer appreciation coffee, served with doughnuts and rolls.

Wayne Virtue is a new resident.

Retta Cooksey celebrated her 90th birthday on April 16.

The visitors that signed the guest book were Howard and Pauline Stevenson, Patsy Wrex, Melody Barton, Glenda St. John and Pearl Palmer.

We are busy getting plans made for the Mother’s Day Tea and National Nursing Home Week, which will be on May 13-18.
