Sunday, April 1, the Winston Baptist Church presented the worship service. On Tuesday, Retta Cooksey, Pearl Robinson and Eula Osborn were busy helping to fill 200 plastic eggs with candy for our community Easter egg hunt. This was very well attended on Friday, April 6. There was a good group that turned out to hunt for the eggs. The children were especially excited to see Donald Duck (Nicole Johnson) and Daisy Duck (Sharon Appley). The girls did a great job. We also appreciate Maria and Jodee Bickford who helped get everything ready. There were prizes given out to those who found the special marked eggs.
The residents really enjoyed watching the children hunt for the eggs.
Tuesday, April 2, Betty Heyser Huffman held the chapel service and served communion to those who attended.
Thursday, the Baptist Church, Don Ray, Julie Willett, Pauline and Shelia Bridgman held the devotion and music service.
On Easter Sunday the Jamesport Baptist Church held the service which was very well attended. The visitors that signed the guest book were Girl Scout Troop #57, who visited and made bunny faces for the residents and put on the doors.
Julie Reynolds visited Rosalie Knott.
Other visitors were Howard and Pauline Stevenson, Lovene Taylor, Marty Eppings, Conner Anthoney, Jim Cramer, Rich Reynolds, Glenda St. John, Bob Opal, and Ben Booth.
Linda Wilson was employee of the month of March.
