The local Modern Woodmen of America Youth Service Club will host an Easter egg hunt at McFall City Park from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 8.

In honor of the fraternal organization’s 125th anniversary, the club’s event is open to all children in the local area. In lieu of an admission fee, children are asked to bring a canned food donation.

The McFall club is one of nearly 700 clubs Modern Woodmen sponsors across the country to serve members and their families by supporting the character development of young people and by improving communities. Modern Woodmen youth clubs give children the chance to volunteer, gain patriotic pride, learn, and have fun.

Founded in 1883 as a fraternal benefit society, Modern Woodmen of America celebrates its 125th year of serving members and their communities. The organization offers financial services and fraternal member benefits to individuals and families throughout the United States.
