A new walk-through metal detector has been installed on the second story of the Daviess County Courthouse as a permanent feature. The detector was used by the sheriff’s department for the first time today (Wednesday), March 21, at the trial of Brandon Anderson. Pictured entering the metal detector is Joan Higgins of Coffey.
