Katy Black, a junior at Gallatin High School, is the first student from GHS to run a campaign for state FBLA president. At the state level of competition Katy will be required to do a skit, give a speech and run a campaign booth. Delegates from across the state vote to elect the president on April 16. If Katy is elected, she will be installed during the closing session of the state FBLA meeting and would serve the 2007-2008 year. [Staff Photo/TLH]
