Barbara Spencer, Green Hills Community Action agency’s employment and training career assistance program coordinator, has been awarded the Missouri Workforce Development Professional (MWDP) credential by the Missouri Association of Workforce Development Professionals.

In her current capacity as career assistance program coordinator, Mrs. Spencer works with adults with children who reside in Caldwell, Daviess or Grundy County. Her aim is to assist them with obtaining employment or training that will lead to self-sufficiency. Barbara is currently serving approximately 90 individuals who are enrolled in the employment and training programs in the counties she serves.
