There were no reported incidents of vandalism, but there was an arrest for intoxication in a public place. Rachel H. Trump of Chillicothe was arrested for being intoxicated on school property Halloween night at the junior high basketball game. She was sent to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
