Gerald and Nancy Parks Sprague will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 9. They were married on that date in 1956 by the late Rev. Porter Hopkins at his home.

They have lived in the McFall community all their lives. Their children are Benny (Jeanette) Sprague of Pattonsburg and Amy (Lysander) Overstreet of Hamilton.
