James Brostrom, 49, Overland Park, Kan., was arrested Aug. 26 for possession of a firearm while intoxicated, class D felony, and receiving stolen property, class A misdemeanor. He has also been charged with five counts of assault second degree, class C felony, and possession of a controlled substance, class C felony. Bond was set at $86,250.
Jonathan Ranes, 36, Jamesport, was charged Aug. 27 with DWI, class D felony. He posted $2,000 bond.
Quentin Love, 80, Osborn, was charged Aug. 25 with harassment, class A misdemeanor, on a Clay County warrant. He posted $1,500 bond.
Jimmy Rex Gray, 55, Jameson, was charged Aug. 27 with DWI, class A misdemeanor. He posted $1,500 bond.
Brian M. Kaeding, 25, Independence, was arrested Aug. 26 on two Harrison County traffic warrant and one Pettis County traffic warrant, with total bond of $310. He was transported to Harrison County.
Amy A. Brook, 30, Kidder, was arrested Aug. 27 for DWI, class B misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, class A misdemeanor. She posted $1,000 bond.
Matthew Goerne, 24, Jamesport, was arrested Aug. 26 on a Macon County warrant for failure to appear on a traffic warrant. He posted $122 bond.
James A. Mendiold, 19, Cameron, was arrested Aug. 25 on a Cameron Police Department warrant for no valid license. He was transported to Cameron.
Linda Davis of Jamesport reported a burglary which occurred Aug. 26 at the Country Cupboard Restaurant. The back door was broken and $2,000-$3,000 cash was taken.
Everett Foster of Pattonsburg reported an incident of stealing and trespassing at 195th and Grate Avenue. Theft and damage occurred at a tree stand there. Items with a total value of $370 were taken.
Brian Nail, Jamesport, reported property damage at 31907 Nickel Avenue on Aug. 26, when a door was broken on a backhoe and the machine was driven around the property. Nothing else was damaged or taken.
Jerry and Carol Sharp of Jamesport reported a burglary at their residence on Aug. 18. Subjects gained entry by breaking an entry door. The house had been ransacked. Items taken included guns and jewelry. The burglary occurred sometime between 6:40 a.m. and 5:10 p.m.
