Lots of different activities, fun and educational, were planned for the trip. The students learned about "servant leadership," trusting your officer team, coming up with creative ways to increase membership and planning the new year. During there retreat the group visited the Blank Park Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Adventure Land, Living History Farms, Jordan Creek Mall, an Indian Camp and watched Superman Returns in the IMAX theater at the new Science Center of Des Moines.
