Funeral services for Sue Pittsenbarger were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 21, at the First Baptist Church, Maysville, with burial in the Fairview Cemetery, south of Albany. Arrangements were by Bram Funeral Home, Maysville. Memorials may be made to the Alta Vista Baptist Church or American Cancer Society.

Coretta Sue (Hensley) Pittsenbarger, 58, Winston, died Aug. 17, 2006, at the Liberty Hospital.

Mrs. Pittsenbarger was born July 29, 1948, to Everett Virgil and Dale Nadine (Robbins) Hensley at Sheridan. She was a 1966 graduate of King City High School.

She was the secretary for the DeKalb County Farm Bureau Insurance in Maysville for 25 years. Before that, she was the secretary at Winston High School.

On June 17, 1967, she married Donald Lynn Pittsenbarger at Berlin. They made their home in Winston for the past 35 years.

She was a longtime member of the Alta Vista Baptist Church, where she served as pianist, clerk and treasurer.

Survivors include her husband, Donald of the home; two sons, Jason and Jeremy, both of Cameron; her mother, Nadine Hensley, Albany; two brothers, Kenny Hensley, Atchison, Kan.; and John Hensley, King City; two sisters, Bonnie Buthman, Savannah; and Patty Jameson, Gower; and three grandchildren.
