James Lewis, bridge supervisor, reported that tube replacement continues.
Bills were audited and paid.
Bob Burnett and Clint Mason, Snyder and Associates, met with the commission with right-of-way plans, donation letters, and deeds for the landowners to execute for BRO project (28). Jim and Mariea Borges and Derrill Jones met with the engineers and executed the necessary documents.
The initial paperwork was executed by the commission, requesting approval from Missouri Department of Transportation, to begin BRO project (29) in Section 11 of Benton Township.
Steve Elfrinks, Lake Viking Health Care, met with the commission regarding a recent federal inspection.
Greg Coon and Kevin Heldenbrand, sheriff, met with the commission regarding a federal grant program for law enforcement.
Marvin Searcy, Marion Township board member, met with the commission regarding a culvert and the delivery of gravel.
These are the approved minutes of Aug. 14, 2006. All commissioners were present, as well as David Michael, candidate. Minutes were approved.
