Keely A. Hass of Olathe, Kan., was charged Aug. 15 with passing bad checks. class C felony.

Tiffany Garner of Tonganoxie, Kan., was charged Aug. 21 with passing bad checks, class C felony.

Traffic Fines

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $335.50 for 4 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,526 for seven cases. Courts costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $56.50 for moving traffic violations. Missouri defendants, offenses and fines are listed below:

Speeding in construction zone: David S. Treadwell, Trenton, $153.50.

Speeding: Jessica Brown, Cameron, $58.50; Fredric R. Allen, Kansas City, $58.50.

Speeding amended by prosecuting attorney to failure to equip vehicle with adequate muffler: Jamie R. Trimble, Altamont, $193.50; Clay Collums, Oak Grove, $143.50.

Olive E. Blakely, Callao, was fined $78.50 for operating motor carrier with unsafe suspension and $840 for exceeding the weight limit.

Civil Court

In Wynne/Raine Enterprises LLC vs. Tyler and Patricia Davis, the plaintiff Wynne/Raine Enterprises was awarded judgment of $1,400 from the defendants. Plaintiff is to be restored to possession of the rental premises immediately, and defendants are ordered to pay costs.

Evelyn Redman vs. DeAnn and Roger Roedel: judgement was granted for the plaintiffs for $3,200 plus court costs. Defendants are also ordered to vacate the rental premises by Aug. 15.
