Mark A. Kortz, 38, Pattonsburg, was arrested July 17 for misdemeanor driving while revoked. He posted $750 bond.

Michael Birmingham, 40, Marshall, was arrested July 23 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of property damage. He posted $500 bond.

Lisa A. Smith, 43, Kansas City, was charged July 21 for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $500.

Derrick Elder, 24, Gilman City, was arrested July 21 for misdemeanor DWI. He posted $750 bond.

Kimberly Grann, 40, Altamont, was charged July 22 with misdemeanor DWI. She posted $500 bond.

Andrew Logston, 20, Cameron, was arrested July 23 on two counts of trespassing, class B misdemeanor. Bond was set at $250.

Lamar Moore, 22, East St. Louis, was arrested July 23 for misdemeanor speeding 103 mph in a 70 mph zone. He posted $500 bond.

Jared Bailey, 28, St. Joseph, was arrested July 24 on a St. Joseph Police Department warrant for failure to register animal.

Kayla Hazen, 24, Cameron, was arrested July 24 for no valid license, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, misdemeanors. She posted $1,250 bond.

Joshua J. Young, 17, Kansas City, was charged July 23 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.. He posted $750 bond.
