Monday: chicken salad, corn, spinach, chips, upside down cake; Tuesday: salmon, macaroni and cheese, green beans, juice, fruit shortcake; Wednesday: BBQ chicken, potato salad, carrots, hot bread, fruit; Thursday: smothered steak, vegetable blend, parsley potatoes, pudding; Friday: beef, potatoes and gravy, relish tray, tomatoes, fruit.
