Traffic Fines

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $2,327 for 24 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1185.50 for 19 cases. Speeding amended by prosecuting attorney to failure to equip vehicle with adequate muffler: Caleb D. Fairley, St. Joseph, $58.50; Colt S. Bohannon, Jameson, $143.50; Glenda M. Easter, Lee’s Summit, $143.50.

No valid plates: Thomas L. Kimberley, Polo, $18.50.

Vision reducing material: Nakeia L. Thompson, Kansas City, $28.50.

Larry E. Crabtree, Pattonsburg, was fined $123.50 for speeding in construction zone and $10 for no seat belt.
