Communications will cover bills, final ledger copy, investments and visitors. Old business will include board policies, the website at gallatin.k12.mo.us, and the first reading for August of the wellness policies.
Bids for food, fuel, paint and banking will be presented during new business. The ISS lease for $6,000 needs a motion. The budget presentation is also on the agenda in regards to equipment, tables, chairs, desk, library tables, kitchen, playground and bleachers.
The board will go over assurances regarding implementation of IDEA Part B and the Gallatin School District Building Corp. Leasehold Revenue Bonds Series 1996, and a resolution for 2006-2007 as a not for profit organization for lease agreements.
Contracts will be reviewed during executive session, including elementary secretary, ag, administration contract and salary, PAT, and board survey.
The superintendent’s report will be on projects for summer and summer vacation. Principals Mrs. Warren, Mr. Burrell and Mr. Elbert will report. The next meeting is set for an earlier date of July 13.
