School’s out and springtime is in full force. Many of us enjoy our windows open for the welcome of fresh air. We do have a noise ordinance, but rarely have to enforce it. Many of us were kids once and enjoyed our music. I guess, it’s part of the growing up stage, but please be respectful of your neighbors and community when you’ve got your stereo turned up. Some may very well enjoy your kind of music, while others would prefer some peace and quiet. Please be considerate of those who don’t share your enthusiasm. Who knows, someday it will be you on the other end trying to have a quiet moment. We are all blessed for many reasons living in a small town, knowing your neighbors on a first name basis and almost everyone in our town. We’re all very fortunate for that and let’s not abuse our freedoms and respect for one another.
