The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced road work has been scheduled to begin on Route TT and Route BB in Daviess County next week (weather permitting). Area maintenance crews will complete an oiling application on Route BB from the north junction on Route 69 to the south Route 69 junction. On Route TT the work will be done from Route BB to Route J.
Crews will begin work on Monday, May 22, and it is expected to take approximately 10 days to complete the work on both routes. The road will be closed to local traffic only each day from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists are to be advised to reduce their speed on the fresh oil.
Missouri Route RA in Daviess County is closed through Thursday for an oiling application. The road, which serves Jamesport Lake just north of Jamesport, is open to local traffic only from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
