James Lewis, bridge supervisor, met with the commission reporting that they are working in Jamesport Township this week, replacing a large tube.
David Tolen and Danny Heldenbrand met with Randy Railsback and Lance Rains, Green Hills Regional Planning Commission; Ken Roberts, Grundy County Commission; Don wichern and Tony McGaughy, Missouri Department of Transportation, at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 11. This meeting was held in Trenton regarding the Highway 6 improvement project. The commission continues efforts to require MoDOT to make the improvements as specified in the State Transportation Improvement Plan.
David Tolen reported having chaired the monthly meeting of the Green Hills Regional Planning Commission meeting on May 11, 2006.
Bills were audited and paid.
Bill Eckert, Jamesport Special Road District, met with the commission regarding the addition of CART road #82 to the program. The road district will apply the base rock to 3/4 mile on the section line of 13/24.
Representatives from Marceline Mapping met with the commission regarding the production of a new plat book.
