Traffic Fines

The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside outside of Missouri was $3,649.50 for 40 tickets. The total fines assessed for defendants who reside in Missouri was $1,606.50 for 27 cases. Court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $56.50 for moving traffic violations. Missouri defendants, offenses and fines are listed below:

Failure to display valid plates: Ronald Hines, Hale, $18.50; Isaac Rubio, Kansas City, $18.50.

No proof of insurance: Susan M. Mullany, Trenton, $103.50.

Failure to yield right of way when approaching stationary emergency vehicle displaying red and blue lights: Jenny L. Peace, Princeton, $148.50.

Clint W. Bain, Blythedale, was fined $28.50 for vision reducing material not in compliance and $10 for no seat belt.
