Traffic Fines
The following are traffic cases which were heard in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County involving a plea of guilty without contest and payment by mail of the standard fine plus court costs. Robert H. Bruyer of Cameron received a suspended imposition of sentence and two years probation for driving while suspended, and a $300 fine for child not in restraint.
Lindsay A. Neer, Gallatin, was fined $47.50 for failure to register vehicle and $25 for no insurance.
Kayla L. Hazen, Trenton, was fined $42.50 for speeding and $25 for no insurance.
Terry L. Hamilton, Gallatin, was fined $10.50 for dog at large and $10.50 for no dog license number.
Randi Curtis, Gallatin, was fined $10 on each of six counts of failure to restrain child.
Christopher S. Buscemi, Winston, was fined $47.50 for failure to report accident, and $47.50 for careless and imprudent driving.
Andrew T. Olson, Kansas City, was fined $27.50 for no valid license and $12.50 for speeding.
