Kenny Lee, son of Melvin and Joan Lee of Winston, has been awarded a Lake Viking Lions 2006 $500 scholarship. Kenny’s plans are to attend Missouri Western University in St. Joseph for two years before going to Northwest Missouri State University at Maryville to earn a degree in ag business. Kenny and his mother attended the May 4 meeting of the Lions Club, where Kenny spoke briefly, expressing his gratitude and telling of his academic plans.
