Funeral services for Marilyn Salmon were held Sunday at Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg. The body was cremated following visitation, with inurnment held at a later date in Salmon Cemetery, Pattonsburg. Memorials may be made to Comfort Care Hospice in care of Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany.

Marilyn L. Salmon, 69, Pattonsburg, died Thursday, April 27, 2006, at a healthcare facility in Cameron.
Mrs. Salmon was born June 11, 1936, in Pattonsburg, the daughter of Virgil and Louise (Frazier) Bell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; and a brother, Virgil “Tink” Bell.
Survivors include one daughter, Tammy Bassett of Edgewater, Fla.; two sons, Rodney Salmon of Cameron and Jessie Salmon of Pattonsburg; and eight grandchildren.
