Funeral services for Janet Manuele were held Saturday at Crossroads Assembly of God, Cameron. Burial was at Packard Cemetery, Cameron. Arrangements were by Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Memorials may be made to Mark Manuele’s College Fund.

Janet L. Manuele, 53, Cameron, died on April 16, 2006.
Mrs. Manuele was born on Sept. 24, 1952, in Lepanto, Ark., to Travis and Viola Mae (Murray) Newell.
She was a member of the Crossroads Assembly of God Church, Cameron; and Cameron Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs. Manuele was the owner and operator of the Third Street Bistro, Cameron.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Rick and Bobby Newell.
On May 30, 1987, she married Dr. Mark Allen Manuele in Kirksville. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include one son, Mark of the home; one daughter, Lisa Roth of Warrensburg; three brothers, Howard and Wayne Newell, Fresno, Calif., and Onnis Newell, Cameron; two sisters, Violet Newell, Los Angeles, Calif.; and Velvet Johnson, Gallatin; and one grandchild.
