Rev. Richard Parker’s children’s time included the “Jelly Bean Prayer.” Sheryl Warren sang a solo. Scripture reading was Acts 10:34-43 and Mark 16:1-8, read by Peggy Noel. Rev. Parker’s sermon was “Now What?”
On Sunday, April 30, at 12 noon will be the church pot luck dinner. Volunteers are needed June 3 to go with the Friends in Service group to help build a habitat home in Chillicothe. Our youth were recognized for their many school and community achievements. Prayer concerns are for Larry Place, Mona Brown, Kelly Vanatta, Virgil Peters, Susie Hamilton, Clara Macrander, Helen and Edgar Muller and Shirley Wood. Rummage sale is May 5-6.
