In activities last week, residents enjoyed a sing-a-long, played parachute ball and made butterflies in arts and crafts class.
On Thursday we were joined by the Covel D. Searcy Kindergarten class for an Easter egg hunt. The children were treated to candy-filled eggs and cupcakes.
On Friday, Activities Director Jim Cranmer and volunteer Jetta Rogers dressed up as “duck bunnies” and delivered candy-filled eggs to various merchants around town.
Coming up this week, residents will enjoy popcorn and a movie, cooking class, and playing Wheel of Fortune.
We are looking forward to listening to the musical styling of Patrick McDonald who will be here Wednesday to play his accordion for us.
Sunday’s spiritual service was provided by the Fairview Church.
The activities fund is now accepting donations for our annual Fourth of July fireworks display which is open to the community.
