The senior center is hosting a food drive continuing through April. Any food or money donations we receive will be used to receive a percentage of a $1 million grant given by the Feinstein Challenge to End Hunger. Donations can be dropped off at the senior center or you may call Deanna Lewis for more information.
Medicare Fair & Info Expo is at Grand River Inn, Chillicothe, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can have Medicare Part D plans compared for you, talk with plan providers, apply for extra help with Social Security, or enroll in a plan. Call Deanna Lewis at 660-663-2828 for more information.
Area Wide Elections are Tuesday, May 2, at the senior center. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please come vote for AAA Board of Directors, Advisory Council, Nutrition Project Council, Silver Haired Legislature, and the Daviess County Senior Center Board of Directors.
Card party first was Sylvia Eads; second was Betty McKown; and third was Wilma Gordon. Door prize went to Eugene Sadler.

Monday: pork steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, California blend, juice, cake
Tuesday: Swiss steak, cooked cabbage and potatoes, carrots, fruit
Wednesday: creamed chicken and veggies over biscuits, lettuce salad, beets, pie
Thursday: liver and onions, mashed potatoes, corn, broccoli, baked dessert
Friday: chicken, baked potatoes, green beans, ice cream
